Wim Hof Method & MMA Shortform Content
I created content for the Wim Hof Method Association during a workshop that involved the signature breathing technique and the ice bath. In this video, my goal was to portray a sense of peace despite the pain that cold water creates in the body and the comradery of overcoming an obstacle with a stranger.
I also created content for the MMA gym where the Wim Hof workshop took place. The goal was to show the different aspects of MMA training in the gym with the leadership of the instructor, the various disciplines, comradery, and women's empowerment.
